Hotel location is 1 or 2 minutes from the Chikushi [East] Exit of JR Hakata Station, just around the corner. Extremely convenient location! Right next door is a convenience store if you need anything after the end of or the beginning of your day. The first thing I noticed walking into my room for the first time was that it felt more spacious for a solo traveler (and for the room I selected) than the standard business hotel size (such as a Toyoko Inn). The bathroom (toilet/sink/shower) is the commonly seen one from business hotel to business hotel, but not too cramped for me. My stay was very quiet at nights. There are magnets on the room door to indicate, in the morning, if you want the cleaning staff to ignore the room or if you want them to clean it on that day, OR if you just want them to leave you with a bag of amenities. JR Hakata Station is massive and connected me to the subways also. I was able to visit Canal City (shopping complex) in the city and was also able to take the shinkansen (bullet train) elsewhere. When I'm back in Hakata/Fukuoka, I am definitely staying here again. Tip: Check out LaLaport Fukuoka (friends drove me but you can probably get there by taxi as well and possibly train station, though I didn't research) - it has a large Gundam statue as well as a Gundam Base on the same floor as a arcade/crane game Game Center. Separately, next to JR Hakata Station are a lot of shops including a large Yodobashi Camera store. It's on the same side as this hotel, but instead of exiting Chikushi exit and going left, go right if you want to see Yodobashi.

Hotel is by the side of Hakata station. Excellent location if you need to do shopping, eating out or to do side trip to other cities by subway, train or high-speed train. You can reach hotel by airport bus [ need a bit waking from bus station in Hakata to hotel ] or by airport subway [ need to take shuttle bus from international airport building to domestic airport building to catch subway]. Only two stops from airport station to Hakata station. Fridge even with a freezer. Room size is spacious for solo traveler with a double bed, a working table with a lot of charging port including USB ports. You still have room to open up a suitcase. Family Mart is downstair for you to buy drinks and snack.

- Location, next to Hakata station - Staff, very polite - Compared to my previous stay (2 days before, where I had stayed in a single room) I had booked a double room (finding a deal for the same price as the single one) and this time the room was significantly better, with 2 windows of which one enabling lots of light to come in (to me this is very important). Also, being at the end of the corridor and far from the elevator it was much quieter than the single one. - Breakfast buffet was ok - I was able to store my luggage for 24 hrs - Appreciated the 1 pm check-in time

I enjoyed the best on super cleanness of room- (credit for the housekeeping team ) I didn't request room. Clean or bed sheet change for whole 4 nights but I would ask in the next visit. Room size is just fit ( I checked room size of 15 m² before I booked ) and fridge is impressive to preserve some ice creams in summer time. When I got the Hotel, I realized I don't have to worry about earthquake. The variety of foods and restaurants are incredible so you need to be careful not to get fat~ 😀.

The room was nice and clean, except for some old stains on the carpet. Cleaning during my stay was good. Both AC and heating in the room was efficient. Staff at the front desk were welcoming and english speaking. There was a security guard there at night. The coin laundry worked very well and I saw staff clean the machines regularly. The location is good, just a 2min walk from Chikushi Gate at Hakata Station. There are plenty of restaurants at the station and in the area. I would stay here again.
